Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate

We’re looking for a qualified legal professional with minimum 5 years’ PQE, either already at Associate or Senior Associate level, or ready to take that next step on the career ladder. The team is very supportive and collaborative, however you will also need to be confident in working independently and managing your own caseload, with supervision from Partners.
The 14 strong team currently consists of Partners, Senior Associates, Associates and Solicitors who are supported by paralegal, legal assistant and secretarial colleagues. The team is led by Sarah Gaines and you will be expected to work with your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients. The team leader describes their team as a multi-disciplinary commercial property team, offering a range of services to a range of clients but with the opportunity to specialise in sector driven work led by the Partners.
We are seeking a confident and capable Commercial Property Lawyer with a strong network, or the desire to build new connections through BD/Marketing and generate new work. You will be adept at managing and prioritising a varied workload, consistently delivering high-quality client service with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets is essential.
